Who Are We

Our company, established in 2025, is dedicated to providing high-quality home healthcare services to families and individuals in need. We specialize in serving medically fragile children under the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), which is managed by the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH). The GAPP program supports children under 21 years of age who require medically necessary skilled nursing care and personal care assistance. Our mission is to offer compassionate care, ensuring that each child receives the medical attention they need while living in the comfort and safety of their own home. Eligible members must currently be receiving physician-ordered services to qualify for the program.

We proudly serve a variety of counties in Georgia, including Paulding, Cobb, Cherokee, Douglas, Bartow, Carroll, Fulton, Haralson, Floyd, and Polk. Our team offers a wide range of services, including skilled nursing, companion and sitter services, and personal care assistance, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
